Frequently Asked Questions
Are your products authentic and factory-sealed?
Yes, every product we sell is 100% authentic and factory-sealed. We source directly from authorised Japanese distributors and retailers. All sealed cases and booster boxes come with original factory shrink wrap and tamper-evident packaging intact.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to over 30 countries worldwide from our base in Hong Kong. All orders include tracking, and we use reinforced packaging specifically designed to protect sealed TCG products during international transit. Shipping times vary by destination, typically 5-15 business days.
What is the difference between a booster box and a sealed case?
A booster box is a single sealed box containing packs of cards (usually 24-30 packs depending on the TCG). A sealed case contains multiple booster boxes (typically 12) in their original factory carton. Cases offer a lower per-box cost and are preferred by serious collectors and investors because they guarantee untampered, distribution-fresh product.
Why buy Japanese TCG products instead of English versions?
Japanese TCG products offer several advantages: higher print quality card stock, exclusive artwork and rarities not available in English, earlier release dates (2-3 months ahead), and historically stronger long-term value retention. Many collectors and investors prefer Japanese sealed product for its combination of quality, exclusivity, and appreciation potential.
